The recent issue of Otonafami contained an interview with Aoyama: http://www.enterbrain.co.jp/jp/p_pickup/2008/otonafami_2008june Someone on 2ch apparently has it and posted the following: 'Excuse me! It was in the June issue. It's no longer on sale... it was only two pages, and Aoyama appeared on it. He didn't say anything important but when they asked him about what will happen in the story, he answered: "First, there will be confrontation with Bourbon, the new Black Organization member. About the movie, '13 bullets' number is a hint. It will be at a 'high' place... Ah, I can't say more or it will be a spoiler (smile). I hope you enjoy them both (the movie and manga)." The murderer passed string through the holes in the window in order to open it. After the 'deduction show' Shinichi really starts to feel the pain and is absolutely in agony. Satou-keiji suggests calling for an ambulance, but Hattori says, "He can't go to the hospital!" This is where Ran grabs Kudo's arm. Ran: "Come on let's go! To the hospital!" Kudo: "Ra...Ran?" Ran: "Go to the hospital, get better, and when you're alright, let me hear the answer to your deduction!" Kudo: Ran... Ran:"Because, because...I think I'm sure...that the answer to your deduction is....is...right.... So I'm not going to let go of your hand until we get to the hospital! I promise!" Haibara shoots her with the spare Tranquilising Gun Watch. Conan gently wakes Ran up in the back of Hakase's car. Ran discovers that she's holding Conan's hand and feels really bitter, even sad, because she let go of Shinichi again... Hattori says that Shinichi has a really bad cold and says that he needs to go to the toilet. So the two pootle off to the toilet. Shinichi finds out from Hattori that the antidote only has a working-time of 24 hours. And so Hattori tells him that once he goes back to being Conan he can hide in his bag. Then all of a sudden Ran and co. arrives, because she's really really concerned.... Hattori tells her that Kudo's fine and turns away the doctor Ran's brought with her. Meanwhile... in the toilet: (This is what Kudo's saying) Kuso! It's always like this! Always! I always go back before I can tell her anything! Dammit! (More heart attack sounds) AAARRGG...... And, yep, Kudo goes back to Conan. Conan: Gotta get inside the back.... otherwise she'll find out.... And then what? There's knocking from the cubicle next door... Ran and co. thought they heard a scream (which they did) and tell Hattori to let them through or else... The door opens... and Shinichi comes out... What happened before was that the knocking from the next door cubicle was Hakase and Haibara and they gave him another tablet.... and this one lasts less than 24 hours. A little bit later: Ran had wanted to ask him whether he'd seen her panty when he'd bandaged her thigh (talk about ungrateful, man) But in her heart, she's saying: This is wrong! What I really wanted to ask you was.....what I really wanted to find out was... And then at that point a new case begins. Takagi and Satou drive past them and they seem to be in a rush. Addendum by Sere: So it's the case, that there is a car that touched the guard rail and in the front seat the driver's condition is kind of strange. They stop with kogoro's car in front of the other one. They look into the car and see blood and that he got strangled with a wire. Then they get the information that there is a blockade at a check point in 1 kilometer away. Hattori says "he got killed... this driver got strangled". Shinichi "AA! ... this is a closed room case" So Ran and Kudo are shoved together and start talking... just talking: Shinichi: "So... what exactly did you want to ask me?" Ran: "Well nothing really... just thanks for...you know...bandaging me up." Ran: "You did do the bandaging, didn't you? Shinichi?" Shinichi: "Yeah... there was a pretty useful first aid box in the lodge." Ran: "You... you didn't see ...them.... did you?" Shinichi: "What?" Ran: "You know.... when you did the bandaging..." Shinichi: "Well, when I bandaged up your thigh there was, like, a little bit of white." Ran: "Oh god! So you did see them! Great!" Shinichi: "Don't be stupid! The mayor was particularly good at throwing quoit rings, something he always cleared with perfect marks. Hattori asks the police to investigate something for him and orders Mouri to make a bonfire (?) Suddenly there's a scream from the policeman, but when they all ask him what happened he simply tells them that he had met the Shiragami and lost a part of his memory...and his gun holster is for some apparent reason open, but it hasn't been taken away. Hattori gathers the people of the mayor's household and starts his 'mystery show' Hattori says: "From whichever angle I look at this case this guy looks like the murderer... well, yeah, of course, because he is the murderer!" Kudo: "That reporter...she was trying to expose what I'd done last year... (there's a chunk here that's been cut out by the spoiler person). I got scared, and so..." He starts to cry bitterly. Ran: "Who is this guy? No! This guy isn't Shinichi! Not the guy I was waiting for! Not the one I was looking forward to meeting again!" The house is lit up by lightning, and at the same time the Shiragami arrives Ran: "This is awful...Kazuha-chan was right...now my tears... my tears won't stop..." A lot of supplementary explanation... There is a receiver in the other room of the cottage. The door to the other room has wooden planks nailed on to it and is completely sealed so the black guy enters and leaves the sealed room via the window. The other room of the house has lots of photos of Shinichi, including the ones that got torn by the black guy. Mouri, Kazuha, Ran and Hattori wanted to call the ambulance and the police, but doing so, Shinichi will become a suspect. Hence, called the ambulance. Hattori removed the possibility that Shinichi can the murder and believe that is must be one of the villagers who did it. They wanted to hide Shinichi but the ambulance and police already came (they haven't called them yet) They left everything to Kogoro; Hattori/Heiji and Shinichi escape through a small road. Shinichi is hidden in trunk of the car and Hattori deals with the police. On the other hand, Ran heard if Shinichi sees Shiragami, he will surely gain his memory back. She went to the forest alone. She saw the white haired person and was so scared that she couldn't talk. When she was, she fell off the cliff (I'm not saying a big one...) Behind where Ran fell off, the white haired person shows up. When Ran was running, she said: "I beg you! Please return Shinichi to how he was before(Shinichi before losing his memory)!! If you can I can give you my heart... So please give Shinichi, the real Shinichi... (give back him back to me) I beg you!! Shiragami sama!!! cynthia: Its basically like the reporter's not dead and Shinichi's muttering "did i did this?" and then the gang decide to just call the hospital since shinichi would be suspected by the police. The police come still (maybe someone called them to make shinichi in trouble) and then shinichi and heiji ran away and shinichi hid in a car while heji goes with the police. And then ran heard that if shinichi sees the shiragami his memories will comes back so she went to find that shiragami. She sees it on a tree and was afraid and fell from a cliff and behind the fallen ran is shiragami... ps : when ran is running into the woods, she was thinking in her heart: "please! make shinichi's memories come back! i'll give you my heart! just bring the real shinichi back!"

Second by Cutepeipei from Chinese. 9 years ago, Mokoto's sister disappeared, found death in the woods 2 days later. Their father who went to search for her has gone missing as well. Hirikawa claims to have seen a white haired monster that beared his/her teeth while laughing. The village head was a candidate for japanese repesentative in Olympics... or he participated it, i'm not sure. Which game it was is not known. Some of the medals don't have strings on them for some reason. Something about there being only one brass statue...each one costs 5 million yen. In Makoto's room, there is large picture of Shinichi (since Makoto admires him). But Makoto is shocked by Shinichi's deduction. He tries to get in contact with Shinichi but can't get a hold of him. The newspaper reporter tells amnesiac Shinichi "You might be able to decieve the friends that came with you, but you can't decieve my eyes. When you have given up(decieving), come to my hotel. I'll report the truth that shouldn't be said...." Ran tells Kazuha that when she looks at Shinichi, she feels that he's far away. The long haired stranger is breathing hard on top of a tree. Heiji goes there and finds Shinichi covered in blood, with death body of the newspaper reporter. 9 years ago, Mokoto's sister disapeared in the forest/woods. The body was discovered 2 days later. The father who went out for search is still missing. Hirikawa sees the white-haired monster, laughing at him with its teeth bared, in a tree. Village head will become a representant for the Olympics. After the game, there are a lot of medals that doesn't have a string attached to it. There is only one bronze statue of Deva King (used the name that is already in the translated spoiler), costing 500 million yen. Makoto's room is filled with Shinichi's picture who ihe worship. He was very suprised with Shinichi's detection. He tried to contact him but didn't work. A news reporter, posted a note to amnesic Kudo (there might be another tranlation for that sentence but that's what I get) "friends that come along can be deceived, my eyes cannot deceive me,. Welcome to my hotel for those who listens to destiny/God's words. Wanting to report the truth Ran, looking at Shinichi far away, said " I don't feel right" (I'm supposing she's trying to say that something is not right) A long haired person on a tree is panting to breath. The next day, Shinichi went into the village head's room, sight testimoney. Hattori sees Shinichi covered with blood and the corpse of the journalist.

They are discussing the content which includes wrong reasonings in Shinichi's past. The letter is confusing because they don't know why Shinichi is included and why he is told to come alone. As they reach the townhall, and Shinichi's name is mentioned, there seems to be heavy agitation. So they go to a house to do some more research, but before leaving Conan mistakenly switches his medicine with the antidote for APTX. Conan has to jump out of a window, but there are the cliffs so he falls down in the sea. Ran and Co. are looking for him when they get to know about a boy who was caught out of the sea, and it is Shinichi. She calls him with his name, and he answers "Shinichi? Here, Sonoko comes up with idea of having a deduction competition between Shinichi and Okiya. She e-mails Shinichi to solve mystery of about 100 paper airplanes that will be flown in two days. Shinichi and Okiya deduct that this(the paper airplanes) is an SOS at pretty much same time. |

They try to call Okiya but their cellphones are out of range so they can't. While they are talking, a man in Rolls-Royce drives by and they talk to him, but he (very rudely) insults Agasa "Then stay there forever, old geezer!" Agasa and D.Boys start talking again when there is suddenly a car explosion. From the emblem of the car, they realize it's the same man that passed by earlier. Police come and they speculate that the driver was smoking while driving and that caused the explosion. Ginbayashi(person who knew Sudou, the driver), cries and says "I thought he'd said he quit smoking". Hearing this Conan realizes something is a miss, and this is not an accident but a crime. |

As Conan, Haibara, Ran, Sonoko, and Hondou walk back from school, Haibara notices that they are being followed. Conan, who noticed before Haibara, suspects that it is an FBI agent keeping eye on Hondou. Except Haibara, the four of them congratulate Hondou's return in a Karaoke box. Immediately after Hondou- who wasn't feeling well- comes back in 30 minutes, the man who was following them is found dead. |

(Translation by Eastsoldier) [F611 Starting from the last week's scene] To the suspect Conan asked the question, police, after knowing she is hairdresser, ask her what she was doing at the time of the crime. And she declares that she was cutting hair, and Kisaki also seconds that. Kogorou doubts her[suspect], and fights with Kisaki defending her. [SC] With Gin's gun pointed at her, Mizunashi calls Akai, telling him to come out. Akai consented. Akai knows it is a trap, but also knows Mizunashi will be in danger if he doesn't go. When James tries to call Jodie in order to come up with a plan, Akai stops him. [SC to Inspector's] With memo still unsolved, investigation is at a halt. To Jodie saying she can't use her cell, Conan lends her his. Their phones are Memory Card-type. (*like an SIM card system in US) By changing the cards, the phone can be used under her name. Series Solution File 604 [Older Sister/Younger Brother] Points (From Eastsoldier): Hondou Rena and her dad are CIA; Eisuke did not know this; Rena acted as a different person [ie. seemed to not know Eisuke] since she went undercover. Lie-detecting trick Rena used for Conan is used usually in CIA. And when she said, "Thanks for helping me" (Conan picked up her shoe) that means she thanked him for not having to kill the guy. V48 Kir "Our achievement is not usually known to public, but..." is usually said by CIA. Hondou's death was a fake, after realizing Rena had a transmitter on her (since she was new) for Gin to come. Hondou : "Dont give up! An ally will appear if you keep waiting! Finish the mission instead of me!" (Here, he calls Rena "Hidemi") The real reason Rena requested a case (doorbell one) to Kogorou is that she wanted him to protect Eisuke. When Akai says don't be scared, Andre says "There is no one to mourn for me if I die." Jodi think back when she met him, gets suspicious. -Conan glares at him, then talks to Akai. Andre goes up to start the car, Jodi tells him to switch (her as driver). Andre hands her key, then punches her in stomach. File 601 コナン 植木鉢を調べる赤井。花を引っこ抜いて取り出したのは爆弾。 ＦＢＩの偉い人、ジョディに鉢の中身を調べなかったのかと聞く。 花の方に気を取られてたことと、組織側にメリットがないからと調べなかったらしい。 増員捜査官とジョディ、遠くで爆発させるために爆弾を持って移動。 爆弾のことが引っ掛かると赤井。コナンと会話。 わざわざ時計を見えるように設置、徐々に音を大きくして存在を誇示。 爆発までの時間が３０分以上あったことが不審らしい。。 遠くに持っていって爆発させやすいように時間を取ったみたいだとコナン。 場面変更でジョディたち。会話。ジョディから増員捜査官に運転手交代。 行き先変更。 場面変更で病院。宅配業者の人がやけに多いらしい。 赤井とコナン、楠田あての荷物発見。 場面変更でジョディたち。爆弾、川に捨てる。爆発。 ジョディ、処理完了と増員捜査官の活躍を報告。増員捜査官の口元が笑ってる。 場面変更で病院。見舞い品に爆弾。他にもあるらしい。 このへんでジョディ戻る。数十個あれば病院倒壊らしい。 回収作業のＦＢＩ。ジョディ、回収作業中にＴＶに映る怜奈発見。 ＴＶの怜奈「この通り怪我もすっかり治りましたので…」 ジョディ（うそ！？どうして！？）で以下次号。 [Temporary interpretation] Akai investigates the flowerpot. Bomb picked out. New investigator and Jodie move with the bomb in order to make the explosion occur far away. Conversation with Conan. Appears to be doubt that there's 30 minutes or more left until detonation. Scene change to Jodie's group. Conversation. Driver change from Jodie to new investigator. Destination modification. Scene change to the hospital. There appears to be an awful lot of delivery people. Conan and Akai discover cargo to Kusuda. Scene change to Jodie's group, bomb is thrown into the river. Explosion. Activity of the process completion and new investigator is reported by Jodie. The new investigator's mouth becomes a smile. Scene change to the hospital. Bomb in the present. It seems to also be in others. Jodie returns... If there are dozens it seems the hospital will collapse. FBI collection work. Jodie finds Rena appearing on TV while doing collection work. TV's Rena: Like this, the injury has completely cured... Jodie: "A lie!? How!?" Continued next issue... |

File 600 コナン 赤井とコナンの会話。 コナン、病室に入りながら「イチかバチかのこの大勝負…」 怜奈の寝顔のアップを下にコナンと赤井。 コナン「乗ってみる気ある？」 ここまでカラー。 ＦＢＩ作戦会議中。 最悪の場合は怜奈を脱出させるというＦＢＩの偉そうな人。 増員捜査官、今すぐ脱出を提案。偉そうな人が却下。 会議進む。そこに赤井とコナン登場。 増員捜査官はドライブテクには自信があるらしい。 ＦＢＩの女が赤井に増員捜査官の顔に見覚えがあるような気がすると告げる。 不審感があるらしい。 赤井、病室から退場。偉そうな人、赤井を切り札と発言。 場面変換で町。 レストラン、腹痛者続出。駅、喉と目と臭いに異変。映画館、火災発生。 場面変換で病院。女、火事に気づく。赤井（そうきたか…） 受付にジェイムズ・ブラック宛の宅配届く。差出人、楠田陸道。 中身は鉢植え。おだまきというらしい。 花言葉は「必ず手に入れる！！」「断固として勝つ」だとコナン。 病院に患者殺到。玄関口のＦＢＩ、チェックしきれないと報告。 ＦＢＩ、人海戦術で調べに来たと予想。赤井、それを否定。 「狙いは別の何か…」と赤井。宅配された植木鉢から音がするとコナン。 コナン「その音…だんっだん大きくなってるよ…」カチコチカチと植木鉢の音で以下次号。 表紙はコナンとお酒の人。長髪帽子の方。 Translated by Mina on the cbox! Thank you! Akai and Conan have conversation. As he enters the hospital room, Conan says, “the victory or loss of this is all or nothing…”* (“ichi ka bachika”) As Conan and Akai look down at the close up of Rena’s sleeping face, Conan asks “Do you want to join in[to the plan]?” (doesn’t actually say plan but that’s what’s pretty much implied.) Color up until here. FBI is in middle of strategy meeting. Important looking person says that in the worst case scenario, Rena will be rescued out[of the hospital]. One of the additional investigators suggests taking Rena out now. The important looking person dismisses that idea. The meeting continues. Akai and Conan show up to the meeting. The additional investigator seems to have strong faith in the drive-tech. FBI woman tells Akai that she may have seen the additional investigator somewhere before. She has suspicious feelings about him. Akai leaves the hospital room. The important-looking person says Akai is the trump card. Scene change to the city. In restaurant, people with abdominal pain appear. In train station, abnormality in throat, eyes, and smell occur. In movie theater, a fire starts. Scene change to the hospital. The woman notices the fire. Akai (“so you came that way…”) At reception desk, a package for James Black arrives. The sender is Kusuda Rikumichi The content is a potted plant. It’s kind of like a warning. (The flower is apparently called Odamaki.) In language of flowers, Conan interprets the flower to mean, “Will obtain without fail!!” “Determined to win” Flood of patients come to the hospital. The FBI at the entrance announces that they cannot check them all. The FBI predict that the BO came to investigate using the human-wave tactic (*in other words, by hiding themselves in the flood of people) “The aim is something else…” says Akai. Conan says he hears sound from the sent potted plant. Conan, “That sound….it’s getting louder and louder”. The file ends with the ticking sound. The front cover is Conan and alcohol person(?). File 599 -Entrace of the Black Organization. -Setting change to the hospital. -Akai's lost sweetheart appears to somehow be Haibara.* A followup post was made a few hours later saying: Sorry. The man with pain in the hip is innocent. He really has a pain in the hip - the way he sat and sneezed. The remaining two people feigned illness. The bone fracture guy's goal was hospitalization insurance. He didn't touch the phone because of his attached pacemaker. Since he cannot mail, innocent. While the neck sprain guy searches, he finds a fake nurse. Confrontation with the FBI! He has C4 under the plastic brace. The neck sprain guy escapes by car. Akai chases, Conan rides together with him. The neck sprain guy seems to recognize Akai. Handgun suicide. Akai says to the FBI if a periodic report isn't there, the Organization will know. Q: The animated version of "Detective Conan" is welcoming it's 10 years anniversary. Looking back on these ten years, How do you feel? Gosho: Even though that is a long time, to me... it feels like a blink of an eye. Q: Are there any differences between now and then? Gosho: (Conan) grew taller. *laugh* In the beginning, I was drawing him at the cute size of three head sizes. Now I'm slowly drawing him at 4 head size, because kids in real life are taller now. Q: What's your favorite moment in the anime? Gosho: "The moonlight sonata case". In the manga, there was no sound so it felt better with music in the anime. Other ones, are like the bomb case of Sato-san. Q: How'd you feel when they decided to make an anime? Gosho: Conan is based on logical deduction, so I thought it was better to make it into a play. As an anime, if there's no action, if it can't make people happy, it wouldn't be accepted. At the time I felt even if Conan was made into an anime, it won't be accepted so... I thought it would be over very soon *laugh* Q: You never expected that it would last ten years? Gosho: Never... I'm surprised myself. Q: What's the most important thing to take note of when drawing Conan? Gosho: When it was made into an anime, I told the artist not to draw Conan like the edogawa detective group's Rin-san but draw him like Kogorou, a person who looks like he's overseeing the whole case. Q: What do you feel when looking at the anime? Gosho: Conan's voice is my wife's voice, but in the anime she'll say "yatte ne" in a voice more fitting of her beautiful attitude *laugh* Q: What's hardest to draw in Conan? Gosho: The corpse, if you draw it too scary, too ugly, or too rough... people won't find it interesting. It's very hard to find the balance in this area... but still fit for kids to watch because kids are really smart these days. In truth, I've drawn a lot of content that's just more fitting for adults. Q: Were you ever worried about the possibility that the anime might be more popular then the original work? Gosho: I never worried about that before, I don't mind the anime originals that the anime staff came up with. Q: What do you think of the anime original? Gosho: Conan in the Manga says only stuff that I know, stuff that I researched, and stuff that I heard and sources like that. Anime Original is different, I've got no idea of the plotline. Sometimes I'll let out a "Ho~o, you're so smart!" or "Wow, you even know things like that" remarks. Q: Did you even think about drawing the anime and the manga at the same time? Gosho: Of course, of course, especially when I'm drawing action scenes like Ran's karate because if you see it in anime, it is very interesting. Like Conan's kicking scenes. There wasn't any sort of continuous action in the manga. Q: The reason Conan is so loved by fans over this long period of time? Gosho: Yeah, to tell you the truth. I'm not really clear on it. I guess it's because everybody likes to see detective shows and drama shows. The man who was shrunk and can not confess his love, everyone seems able to embrace this. Q: What does Conan mean to you? Gosho: Painful days and happy days. I'm very happy when I'm drawing Conan, but at the same time... it is very tiresome *laugh* Q: What is the most tired period within these ten years? Gosho: Well, because there are so many lines... it took a long time to produce it. If anybody feels that the lines are too long, that's because I wrote it that long. *laugh* This is a really tiresome work. I have a few pages full of lines in tiny letters. Q: Compared to your other work, is the production time the same? Gosho: It's completely different. When I was drawing Yaiba, if I'm lucky, I can be done in 4 to 5 days. Conan needs at least 1 week or a bit more then 1 week. For a weekly published manga... I killed quite a bit of my brain cells. Q: How many more years do you set as your goal? Gosho: Because I've been drawing it for 10 years, I haven't thought of the future. Although I have already thought of the ending, because I can't lay the clues if I don't have the ending. Q: The 10th movie that's going to premiere in April.. what's the difference between it and the 9th film? Gosho: It's different, to say... there's going to be a lot more detectives this time. (Did you see that poster with all the detectives) Yeah, even though this guy came out before, this time, he's coming out at the same time. The other point worth mentioning is my other project "Magic Kaito". The showdown between Kaitou and his nemesis Hakuba. Heiji, Conan and Hakuba. The joint appearance of the 3 high school detectives at the same time. Q: The story of the movie? Gosho: Within limited time, can the case be solved? Can the criminal be captured? The criminal will have a lot of hostages... It's not good if I say anymore *laugh* Q: Finally, do you have anything to say to the audience? Gosho: This time it's the 10th movie, so all the detectives who've shown up within these ten years should appear. So even though I can't say fancy, it's the 10 year special.
